We are hiring a Manager for a new department within its Japan sales and customer services organization. The new department will be responsible for managing a strategic project with the goal to strengthen the retail network of Mitsubishi Fuso by modernizing its outlets across Japan.
In addition to project management, the department will be responsible for the maintenance and construction of the FUSO retail facilities in line with established standards and internal guidelines in order to contribute to and safeguard the efficiency of the retail business.
With over 200 outlets, our retail network is one of the largest in Japan. For the success of our business, the outlets are being modernized through waves of projects of three main types : (i) Refurbish, (ii) Rebuild, and (iii) Relocate.
As a Project Manager, you will be expected to be responsible for the overall progress and successful closure of each sub-
project by leading up to 15 employees in various functions.

Experience in running and managing retail outlets / facilities (sales and aftersales) for automobiles is preferred. Language skills :
Japanese (native mandatory or JLPT N1 equivalent)
