What You’ll Do
Serve as the first point of contact with Clients and Prospects, presenting a warm and professional manner as an ambassador of SOTI.
Ownership and responsibility for all customers in the account database with a focus to grow the scope and value of the account.
Meeting business renewal targets, creating price quotes, and resolving customer needs
Collecting customer information, providing product information directly to customers and providing feedback from customers to appropriate personnel within SOTI.
Ability to plan effective sales campaigns and target existing account base to proactively grow accounts and extend revenue.
Deal with inbound and outbound calls / e-mail from and to customers, communicating special offers and other promotions.
Maintain regular contact with key influencers and build and strengthen the customer relationship.
Manage pipeline and forecast accordingly.
Other tasks assigned by manager / company.
Experience You’ll Bring
Minimum 3 years in an internal sales / business renewals / field sales position
Fluency in Japanese (native level / mother tongue) and Business level English is essential.
Korean (business level), Mandarin (business level) are plus.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook as well as comfortable using modern technology.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Passion for mobility and interest in Mobile devices and operating systems such as iOS, Android and Windows Phone
A self-starter with a high degree of initiative, a can-do attitude, results and goal-driven mindset
Able to work efficiently as a part of a team as well as independently
Strong verbal & written communication skills
Attention to detail
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
Attention to detail in all areas of work with strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
