We are seeking a strong, experiencedaccount-based marketer to drive growth objectives against a targeted set ofautomotive customer accounts.
The successful candidate needs tobring passion, self-motivated and independent spirit to the role anddemonstrate a proven track record of success in driving marketing results,preferably within the high-
tech industry. The ideal account-based marketer hasaccount development experience, a strategic or integrated marketing background,and a successful track record working with the sales organization.
You will work in partnership with sales accountmanagers and align with multiple marketing functions to drive visibility,engagement, and demand in targeted accounts.
Using a defined set ofaccount-based marketing activities, you will collaborate with the regionalmarketing team to drive specific business outcomes defined by an accountmanagement plan.
As part of your leadership you will be expected to ownprojects to address gaps or opportunities, as needed.
In your daily work, you will :
Seek account intelligence and partner with the sales account manager to develop account-based growth strategies. Drive strategic conversations and alignment with sales and other account based functional teams when necessary.
Develop, manage, deliver, and execute account marketing programs anchored to both the global marketing campaigns and account management plan, for a set number of prioritized automotive accounts.
Build relationships and infrastructure at these accounts to enable marketing and account plan execution.
Provide account insights including research, profiles, and feedback for use in account planning and global campaign development.
Package best-in-class account marketing programs to be leveraged by the organization, replicate best practices across NI’s regions
Measure, analyze, and report on the impact of account-based marketing plans against the account management plan. Monitor account health metrics.
Provide data driven insights to the sales account manager for quarterly business reviews and optimization. Evangelize ABM account business impact to the organization.
Drive ongoing sales enablement conversations with account managers to ensure alignment and consistency. Assist in the evolution of NI’s account management function.
You will be involved in cross-functional projects with various marketing and sales teams. Ideal candidates should demonstrate :

7+ years of marketing experience
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Past experience in an account marketing position preferred or related role
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
Aptitude and passion for technology and technical products
Experience with Salesforce.com is preferred
Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization and with key stakeholders
Ability to travel for account visits and related marketing activities
