We are a client-focused and research-driven investment management firm and the department is dedicated to business development and client services in Japanese Institutional market.
Within the department, the Group Assistant is expected to work closely with the Head of Institutional Client Relations and the Institutional team members to support daily interactions with clients.
The role of the position includes, but is not limited to :
Support for Head of Institutional Client Relations Japan
Schedule managementArrangement of meeting, lunch, dinner, travels, etc.Handling phones and guestsProcessing expense reports
Support for Institutional Client Service
Support Institutional Associates in client report processingPrepare expense reports and travel arrangements for Institutional AdvisorsManage the Institutional team’s administrative work such as office supply management and technology support arrangementsSupport visitors from overseas offices (meeting set-up, logistics, desk set-up, etc.)
The position may be provided additional responsibility as she / he progresses within the role.
