Responsibilities

  • Plans, schedules and coordinates all activities for family housing projects and supporting facilities; directly manages the off base housing referral program.
  • Schedules and assigns work to staff directly, establishes and monitors performance standards, and ensures compliance with Master Labor Contract stipulations and requirements for Japanese employees.
  • Responsible for budgeting, life-cycle maintenance and replacement of inventory in quantity to ensure an active program for all entitled and collects reimbursements for damaged property as appropriate.
  • Develops and recommends community plans and designs for renovations and new construction and assists with all Facilities Improvement Planning (FIP) projects.
  • Determines requirements and develops statements of work for facilities service contracts; reviews final contract specifications to ensure requirements are defined.
