As a Recruiter based in our Tokyo office, you will contribute to our next phase of growth by identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to join our Sales and Operations teams across APAC, with a focus on our Tokyo and Seoul offices.

You will ensure an optimal recruitment experience for candidates and internal hiring partners through delivery of recruitment best practices.

What you’ll do

  • Advise and coach our hiring teams, partnering with them to understand their needs, define processes, build talent profiles, find top talent and create interview plans in-
  • line with our People strategy

  • Engage with and nurture all kinds of talented people, providing them with a great candidate experience at every stage of our recruitment process
  • Keep up-to-date records and make sure our systems are compliant and have accurate data about candidates, prospects and new hires
  • Achieve recruitment quality and quantity targets by implementing successful recruitment practices, including offer preparation
  • Coach hiring teams and share your knowledge of best practice recruitment techniques to achieve our goals
  • Collaborate with the greater Talent Acquisition, People and business teams to continually improve our recruitment practices and processes
  • Who you are

  • 3-5 years of sales recruitment experience, ideally as an In-house Recruiter or RPO Onsite Consultant within the tech space
  • Ability to utilize local market insight to directly identify and engage talent via various sourcing channels and drive creative sourcing initiatives
  • Talent advisor to our internal hiring partners, delivering excellent solutions-driven customer service
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition team members to drive results
  • Ability to work in a metrics-driven fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Japanese
