YOUR ROLE

Insure the attainment of operational goals (service level, S&OP, quality, cost, efficiency, flexibility) for each of the 3 countries according to the standardized Supply Chain KPI

Implement supply chain excellence measures and programs in terms of effectiveness and efficiency improvements, flexibility, and optimization of internal material flows on a cluster level

Optimization of Supply Chain processes including interfaces to other Henkel units (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, R&D etc.)

Optimization of external partnerships (e.g. 3PM, Logistics, customers, and other suppliers)

Contribute to the effort of building a best-in-class supply chain and its strategy, structures, organization, and processes

Define and initiate initiatives towards Supply Chain excellence in close alignment with global planning, global logistics & distribution, and global manufacturing

Build and ensure a high performing team that attracts internal and external talents as a result of outstanding leadership and personality

YOUR SKILLS

Should have 15+ years of experience in SC, with 3+ years at a leadership level in an International FMCG company

Experience in downstream SC including Planning / S&OP / Customer Service

Experience in downstream SC including Planning / S&OP / Customer Service

Experience in digital initiatives in SC would be a plus
