Opening new accounts by managing legal and contractual aspects
Maintaining relationship with important Key Accounts
Financial management of the profit center
Responsible of the P&L of your perimeter
Making advanced Profit & Loss analysis, detect business issues and build an action plan to optimize Turnover & Contributive Margin
HR & Management
Managing a team of consultants and organize weekly meetings
Following up the Career development of your team
Coordinating and participating in the recruitment of managers and consultants
Managing and anticipating Inter-contract situation with adapted solutions
Improving and proposing new processes and initiatives
Participating actively in the implementation of competences centers
We are looking for dynamic professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit , who want to help us pushing the boundaries of HR Advisory and Technology space :
Graduated with a Bachelor / Master degree from either a Business School or from an Engineering School
Interested in working in a demanding environment where excellence is the main driver.
You have a successful experience, with a strong knowledge or interests in of one of the following industries Automotive / IT / Telecommunication / Pharmaceutical market.
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, keen sense of communication, strength of conviction, leadership, and ability to identify talent and to develop capacities to adapt to local economy : these advantages will help you reach a structure with strong growth.
Excellent EQ and communication skills
Proficiency in English and Japanese (written and spoken). Proficiency in French is a plus.
Ability to work remotely using collaboration technology.
