The marketing manager will champion programs from ideation and planning to execution including branding strategy for Amazon points, on-and off-site initiatives to drive awareness, customer research and Amazon points based promotion strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include :
Create marketing strategy for Amazon Points program including branding and positioning for the program
Create and manage Amazon Point Customer Research road map
Create an integrated marketing plan for Amazon Points program
Coordinate a streamlined communication process (internal / external) with key financial partners. Develop marketing guidelines for partnerships
Create strategies to optimize campaigns, execute, and report out results.
Define on-going marketing road map for customer acquisition and engagement
The successful candidate has demonstrated :
Proven success in delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
Considerable experience in consumer marketing such as channel marketing, retail marketing, product marketing, merchandising, or advertising
Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up program recommendations and results
An ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Plan, develop, and execute compelling customer acquisition or engagement programs
Excellent understanding of consumer product marketing strategies especially in the off-line retail and high-technology space
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Fluency in English
MBA or Master’s degree in marketing
Track record of managing and optimizing online traffic growth from multiple sources including, direct traffic, SEO, search marketing, banner ads, affiliates, social, and email.
Proven track record of defining and delivering innovative marketing campaigns that drive long-term results.
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
