Job Description :
Essential duties and responsibilities
Responsible for Planning, Designing, Onboarding, Configuration, Integration, Testing, troubleshooting of core (vIMS / vEPC / vRCS) virtual network elements (e.
g. : CSCF, TAS, SBC, MRF, DRA, SDM, PCRF, MME, SGW, CGNAT, CPNR, SMSC, VMS, Mstore etc over multi-vendor cloud environment.
Develops configuration file, network interface analysis and design
Responsible for building the vCore Automation & Orchestration framework
Core network elements IP address planning and management, including management of IP address blocks
Support project, own solutions deployment and automations.
Responsible for analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported during lab testing and production
Provides expert technical support in the pre-sales process and creates compelling technical and commercial solutions to help achieve the assigned sales goals and business objectives
Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective.
Expert knowledge of End to end network architecture in a mobile telecoms environment.
Work closely with various cross functional teams to achieve successful new product developments and rollout
Analyzing the customer requirements, converting them into system requirements and capturing of detail design for the development team
Perform Escalation and notification to keep management informed with status / progress.
Education and work experience requirement :
Bachelor’s Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field
10+ years’ experience in mobile telecom field.
Hands-on on Designing and onboarding experience for virtual core network elements
Automation support experience
Proficient in latest technologies : Telecomm 4G, 5G NSA / SA; Virtualization - Openstack, VMware, Kubernetes and Cloud Native technologies
Knowledge on protocols for HTTP, TCP, SCTP, SIP, SS7, Diameter, REST API's, IP / MPLS IGP, BGP, RSVP, LDP, etc.
Required Qualifications :
Programing / Scripting Experience.
Experience working on multiple products / projects in parallel
Good knowledge of MNO design (E2E) and different nodes
Teamwork spirit, participation and facilitation of working groups and presentations, good interpersonal skills for customer services
Strong verbal & written communication presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
