Manages sales of medium to large accounts, medium complexity and potential geographical diversity with the key objective to maintain, then grow in alignment to the sales / marketing plan.
Responsibilities / Duties
Manages account portfolio, prepares and implements account plans.
Leads and coordinates customer relationships.
Develops and executes sales / marketing plan, delivering the volume and value.
Collects and utilizes market intelligence to shape sales / marketing plan.
Leads / conducts negotiations, implements price changes.
Collaborates with other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX result.
Uses CRM, DSR, CMT, Smart Pricing at expert level.
Delivers growth, including cross business opportunities.
