Make strategic plan for marketing to deepen Rakuten's engagement with customers
Rakuten wishes to contribute to making people's happy every day and improving society through the provision of services.
However, global competition over services and platforms has intensified in recent years. Rakuten must evolve more to become a trusted, loved and elected entity among them.
It is at this point where marketing area will lead to take measures in planning to deepen engagement with customers by addressing there needs from a marketing perspective.
This is theme we would like to consider as Rakuten membership system boasts over 100 million members. In this department, we look at concept design and change of points program and rank system, planning of branding communication making full use of mass media and web, designing promotion campaign etc.
We also work with a huge budget to use amounts to over tens of billions of yen.
