Are you looking for a rewarding challenge? Amazon Web Services is looking for a talented Internal Recruiter to join its Internal Transfer team (iTeam).

AWS’ Internal Recruiters support the iTeam's key recruiting programs, to include internal talent initiatives, offer preparations, and internal mobility recruiting-related events.

  • They are passionate customer candidate advocates, with proven organizational capabilities and project management skills;
  • self-starters with a passion for recruiting and talent management. Internal Recruiters help identify, develop, integrate and simplify innovative talent solutions alongside the recruiting teams and business partners across the AWS network.

    Key responsibilities include but not limited to :

  • Evangelize internal mobility across APJC, understanding the experience for Employees and Hiring Managers
  • Consult regarding internal offers and processes, liaising with Hiring Managers, HR and compensation & benefits
  • Managing the flow of communication with the business partners and internal candidates, related to internal mobility
  • Create and report accurately on recruiting metrics to highlight the internal application, interview and hiring activity across AWS;
  • understand the peaks and troughs, and insights as to why. These insights will translate to action for the iTeam.

  • Participate in the creation of internal talent initiatives - Technical Talent Paths (TTP), Transcend, Expressways, and others
  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working in a Talent Acquisition function as a Recruiter, Recruitment Coordinator or Sourcer
  • Experience building effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and client relationships
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of HR policies and processes
  • Recruiting experience, including experience of cross border transfers and immigration
