PURPOSE ANDOBJECTIVES :

  • Application specific solutionconsulting (for a specific application : creation of businessblueprint, Implementation based on a blue print, creation of testcases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go livesupport, and post go live support)
  • Supportin escalated projects
  • Performance of feasibility studies / solution reviews
  • Supportof pre-sales activities / scoping / systemdemo
  • High-level project management andsolution architecture
  • EXPECTATIONS ANDTASKS :

  • Takingover responsibility from time to time as a sub project teamleader
  • Takes responsibility from time totime as team lead and supports respective line manager(s) in peopledevelopment tasks
  • Detailed planning of processimplementation
  • Definedetailed blueprint for development requirements
  • Industry / corporate processimplementation across all related applications(SAP / non-SAP)
  • Developand Assure quality of process models
  • Demonstrating profound knowledge ofmodelling standards and tools
  • Knowledge in features andconfiguration of Successfactors and SAP HCMModules
  • Sufficient HR domain knowledgerelated to the products for process discussions with HRleaders
  • Ability to review existingprocesses then give accurate estimation and scoping for newSuccessfactors implementation / migrations.
  • WORKEXPERIENCE : FunctionalExperience

    FunctionalExperience

  • Minimum5 -15years consulting experience inapplication
  • Has experience with minimum of twofull cycle implementations
  • Goodunderstanding of industry specific business processes (ifapplicable)
  • Has performed at least onefeasibility study
  • Ideallyhas implemented SAP HCM and Successfactors modules in a partner orhas experience being involved in an SAP Successfactors project witha previous customer
  • ManagerialExperience

  • Takesresponsibility from time to time as a sub projectleader
  • Acts as a coach forcolleagues
  • Mentor newconsultants
  • EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES :

  • University degree or equivalentwork experience
  • English : Fluent
  • Korean : Native orFluent
  • SAP HCM and Successfactors modulecertification
  • Formalcertification and education qualification in HR domain will beadditional advantage.
