Position Name : SAP Program Manager / SAP Delivery Manager We are looking for a SAP Program Manager / SAP Delivery Manager to be responsible for organizing multiple programs and activities for our organization.
s strategic clients as well as creating and managing long term goals. You will also be in charge of developing budgets and operating plans for programs and writing program funding proposals.
The position reports into the Country Delivery Head Role & Responsibilities Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
Managing 4-5 projects, including 15-20 members in each project Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.
Creating and managing long-term goals. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle. Analyzing program risks. Working on strategy with the marketing team.
Should have good networking with local Agencies / partners in order to ramp up teams based on the skills desired for an engagement.
Have strong experience in managing onsite-offshore teams Providing pre-sales support as needed. Qualification Should have at least 15-20 years of overall IT experience and 5-10 years of experience in SAP program management / Delivery Manager role Must have a lead variety of projects, such as Upgrade, Application Development & Maintenance Should have worked in close communication with Clients and other stakeholders Good understanding of project P&L and financials concepts Ability to work under pressure, be flexible in approach, and foster teamwork Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders and facilitate weekly, monthly & steering committee discussions as required.
Should be able to review project estimates, detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans Understands the software quality system / procedures to ensure compliance Manage customer expectation and escalations Should have worked in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
