Client Solutions Associates will be offering support in a variety of ways, including :
Answering day to day client queries and providing creative solutions through our helpdesk;
Working on large scale projects that optimize our clients’ workflows;
Visiting clients in their offices to provide on-site consultation and training;
Training clients at their desks or in groups;
Managing a group of accounts assigned to you, ensuring that the relationship is healthy and that clients are getting the most out of the system.

In addition we require :
A good bachelor's degree or equivalent
Strong numeric, analytical & problem solving skills
Language Level : Japanese - Native Level, English - Business Level
Exceptional communication skills
Experience in a client / customer facing role, or a desire to excel in this area
A strong knowledge of PC applications, in particular Microsoft Excel
A commercial attitude
Japan residence with proof of work eligibility in Japan
