What You'll Do

  • Review RFP proposals and prepare sales / media proposals
  • Verify inventory availability throughout the sales process
  • Build internal orders and insertion orders and follow defined business processes
  • Provide ad unit documentation and other technical specifications of creative lead times to sellers in charge of respective advertisers and agencies
  • Work with the Traffic and Programmatic teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure campaign delivery
  • Assist Sales Planners with data and analysis preparations using internal tools
  • Provide sales team with required campaign reporting
  • Assist with sales / pitch presentations by preparing key data points, findings and relevant research
  • Interact with the accounting department in regards to client credit and billing requests / issues
  • Who You Are

  • You do well in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment!
  • You have strong skills with CRM systems. Experience in Salesforce, Ad Manager and Tableau will be an added advantage
  • You are a highly organized and focused multi-tasker with strong attention to detail
  • You believe in the power of teamwork and are a great teammate
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. English proficiency is a plus
  • You have experience working within CRMs, Order Management Systems, ad servers and other digital media tech systems
  • You are comfortable with excel and power point
  • You demonstrate the ability to be true to facts, think creatively, and communicate efficiently internally and externally
  • Past or current experience working in a media or digital media publisher will be helpful
