Position Summary :
We are looking for a BPR specialist to take charge of business process design, implementation and improvements within our development unit.
You will have an impact on our operation costs and efficiency and allow us to develop and operate systems and products in a better, cheaper and more efficient way.
These processes will need to be flexible and adjusted with the organization's constant growth and be subject to constant review and improvement.
Responsibilities :
Lead process design and improvement initiatives for budget making and execution, cost calculation and allocation.
Manage system development and operation cost and provide cost information to product managers, group managers and business side counterparts.
Work cross-functionally with related parties such as management, development unit managers and product managers, accounting department, overseas subsidiaries and external auditing firms.
Minimum Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss with all levels of an organization.
Experience in designing frameworks which may include but are not limited to :
Reviewing existing work processes and organization structure and identifying current processes for redesign; prototype potential solutions, provide trade-off information, and suggest a recommended course of action.
Identifying white spaces in existing work processes and propose new processes.
Strong documentation and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others.

Preferred Qualifications :
Knowledge of System Development & Operation.
Experience of budget making / budget controlling in business unit.
Experience of business planning / financial planning.
Person who can organize a structure of managerial accounting.
