Skills / Capabilities
At least 5 years of professional work as user-centric software developer or solutions architect with agile / scrum experiences.
Implementation experiences in using one or more of these technologies is required : mobile / web development, big data, predictive analytics, AI / NLP, RPA or digital marketing tools.
Passion about new technologies and to be a source of ideas on how emerging technologies can drive business outcomes.
Solid history of constantly improving your own knowledge and skills.
Follow software development standards and ensure adoption and adherence by team members.
Love involved in challenging and innovative work, and thrive in a team-based culture.
Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills. An effective listener, well-developed emotional intelligence.
Having a great deal of curiosity and aspiration for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Graphic / Visual Design, Interaction Design or equivalent working experiences.
