Solid expertise of talent acquisition; identify and source right candidates, screen and interview for all level of positions, ideally in Retail industry.
Experience and demonstrated creative thinking in HR projects. Sense of commitment to the organization and passion for placing candidates.
Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross-group collaboration, and high level of Japanese / English language ability.
