OracleData Cloud (ODC) leverages new and innovative technology to deliver strategicinsights and analytics to digital advertisers, agencies, and publishers. ODC'sproducts ensure that media activations are relevant, real, and effective inbuilding the long term value for the buy and sell side of the media ecosystem.

Within ODC, Moatis a brand intelligence and SaaS analytics solution focused on transformingdigital advertising with Moat Analytics. Moat Analytics is a proprietarysolution which enables the collection of signals and metrics to betterunderstand ad effectiveness, engagement, and overall consumer attention.

In this role, youwill:

  • Develop newclients in the Japan region, covering a broad set of brand advertisers acrossall verticals (Retail, Financial Services, CPG, B2B & Consumer Technology,etc.). Your primary goal is to maximize their usage of ODC products and growrevenue to ensure the Japan sales team exceeds annual & quarterly targets.
  • Support existingMoat clients in Japan with overall account management. Responsibilitieswill include renewals and expansion revenue, client onboarding, providingproduct advice and expertise and acting as the single point of contact for theclients into the ODC. You will be their champion internally to ensure topnotch customer service.
  • Candidate musthave experience working with clients and being responsible for supporting &building accounts. They should understand important features and functionalityfor clients, be able to position ODC products within a competitive landscapeand ensure highest levels of customer satisfaction and renewal and expansionrates.


  • Own and manage client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to create a positive client onboarding and integrations experience.
  • Proactively review and monitor clients’ data, surfacing insights and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client discussions by email, phone, and in person.
  • Spot opportunities to educate partners about our core product, Audiences, Context and Analytics
  • Required Skillsand Experience

  • BS or BA Degree from a highly competitive school.
  • In-depth digital advertising industry knowledge
  • Positive, clear, and professional written and phone communication.
  • Outstanding attention to detail.
  • Positive outlook, enthusiasm, and strong internal drive.
  • Proven track record of overachievement against revenue and growth targets

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

    Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

    Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.
