As the Site Lead for SDS (Shipping and Delivery Support) for APAC, you will be responsible for empowering your people to think like owners, and partnering on / or leading local and global initiatives to set new standards in shipping and delivery support.

A Day in the Life of a Site Leader involves :
Leading and managing 6-9 direct reports and 500+ indirect reports.
Responsible for SDS operations for their region and partnering with capacity planning and facilities for growth and seasonal needs
Managing workflow, escalations and effectively delegating across your leadership team.
Driving quality / process change initiatives and Lean / Kaizen activities, in our fast paced environment.
Play a critical role in building management depth by providing guidance and mentorship to all levels of leadership within your organization and serving as a role model for the worldwide SDS network.
Being prepared to jump on a call and present to senior leadership globally across organizations at a moment’s notice.
Bachelor’s degree OR two years of Amazon customer service experience
7+ years of people management experience
Project management experience
Experience managing teams of 300+ reports including leadership roles
Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred
Lean / Six Sigma experience
Experience in contact center, retail, or e-commerce operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Japanese is preferred
