Overview

In Rakuten Ichiba, as one of the most important strategies we will work towards strengthening Logistics and create "One delivery platform".

We are looking for members to build unique high-level logistics services that are not influenced by the external environment such as delivery crisis.

In this position, you will plan system solutions to build the foundation of the next generation EC considering what it should be through all of the supply chain from the arrival of goods to the end user in cooperation with the strategic team and the development teams.

We are aiming to improve usability and support merchant logistics by building solutions to our 1st party buisiness and over 45,000 merchants centered on our own service such as "Rakuten super-logistics (3PL) "," R-Express (delivery service) ".

Planning of system solutions

Research and analysis

Project management

Reporting and proposal to executive officers

Minimum Qualifications

Over 3 years experience of project management

Over 3 years experience in either of the areas below

System planning or business design of OMS / WMS / TMS

Business design at 3PL warehouse

System planning or business design with delivery carriers

System planning or business design related to the supply chain

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the logistics industry

Understanding of business throughout EC >

delivery carrier)

Analysis skill using SQL, etc.( feasibility and risk verification level)

Required Personality

Interested in supply chain

Interested in creating advanced technologies and new services

Who can enjoy rapidly changing environment with flexible thinking

English Qualifications :

TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability)

or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country

TOEIC Score of 600 or higher is acceptable for fixed-term employees.

In this case, it is necessary to achieve a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 after joining Rakuten in order to be eligible to become a regular employee.

If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
