Position Name : Senior Recruiter Responsibilities The company has an exciting opportunity for a (Senior) Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team.

We are seeking exemplary recruiters with the aptitude to deliver against business requirements. The (Senior) Recruiter will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager.

We are looking for someone who will be hands-on, can manage senior stake holders, help drive employer branding and serve as the true talent consultant.

Responsible for senior stakeholder relationship management and satisfaction. Responsible for market intelligence and market mapping within the scope of work.

Jointly responsible for innovation & process excellence oversight with the team. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs Design and update job descriptions.

Source potential candidates from various channels Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Interview candidates (via Zoom and in-person) Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers Send job offer and answer queries about compensation and benefits Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard especially new hires from overseas Design compensation and benefits packages Implement annual performance review with Managers Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them Act as the point of contact to manage employees’ queries, grievances or support Oversee daily operations of the HR function Qualifications 7-10 Years in the recruitment Industry while taking care of technology & volume hiring activities Either Banking / Finance / Securities / Insurance / Manufacturing domain knowledge is welcomed.

A consultative sales mindset and approach, and collaborative in attitude Strong Interpersonal Skills proven record of building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates Demonstrated experience creating and executing a creative, metrics-driven recruiting strategy Ability to adapt to changing priorities Ability to be a consultant to executives while rolling up sleeves to do detailed tasks Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is highly preferred Holidays and Benefits Weekends off Summer vacation New Year holiday Paid holidays Maternity leave Pension Health consultation by an in-house physician Social insurance Company Description A leading global information technology, consulting, and business process services company.
