General Summary / 職務概要

The Senior Manager of Digital Experience, Japan, will lead the team to deliver an E2E eye-health experience for both consumer & professionals through digital transformation and personalization.

This position will be responsible for Japan digital experience strategy & activities and manages digital transformation processes, plans and spend optimization.

Strong collaboration and experience required with IT partners and external agency that can elevate and advance our digital presence internally within J&J companies and externally across our customers and consumers.

Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

  • Delivers Japan Vision Care’s mission of becoming one of MedTech innovator and expand penetration of ACUVUE® digital experience among existing and potential wearers
  • Develops strategy, lead and ensure smooth execution of ACUVUE® digital experience :
  • Define and optimize digital roadmap across our digital ecosystem such as MyACUVUE®+, ACUVUE® Teikibin / Tsudobin, brand official site including eye health hub platform Identify & lead a clear governance process with guardrails and principles for all Digital experience-related project & performance Based on identified roadmap, design, co-create and lead the development with BUIT for a seamless end-to-end connected ecosystem Co-create with Data science and Business Intelligence team a solid Data analytics system & data roadmap which allows both diagnostic & advance analytics Lead detailed planning with clear KPIs and ensure end of year on target delivery by closely working with local / global and internal / external stakeholder Lead CRM activities with power of 1st party consumer data to meet future needs, strategic intentions, and expectations
  • Manage a team of direct reports and external partners and appropriately allocate resources to the priority projects by developing the integrated plan well in advance
  • Effectively work with internal stakeholders, including IT, sales, customer service, strategy teams and global Vision Experience community
  • Be compliant to all internal / external requirements
  • Budget the necessary expenses and manage it effectively

    Professional Experiences

  • 10-15 years of relevant medical technology / health technology / digital marketing / brand marketing experience
  • Broad experience in managing digital ecosystem including digital marketing, UX / UI improvement, apps / e-commerce / subscription management and eCRM
  • Deep understanding of all digital & performance marketing, product experiences and an understanding of how they connect with consumers (and professionals)
  • Extensive experience working with creative and / or technical development of web-based solutions, technology and emerging media
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship building skills
  • Skills & Competencies

  • Strong passion to win in the competitive market with agility and flexibility
  • Excellent performance in objective-led and data-driven decision making
  • Be accountable to lead and to deliver assigned tasks / projects without any delay while engaging cross-functional stakeholders
  • Can manage multiple tasks / projects under complex environment with resilience
  • Flexible with changes and willing to learn & adapt new things / new ways of working
  • Highly ambitious and a whatever it takes mindset. A Hands On style leader, who is willing to roll up their sleeves to help out the team, take on tasks, not just delegating, suggesting and analyzing
  • Effective communication capabilities across the cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience to lead own team with talent development responsibilities
  • Business level English communication skill (writing, reading and speaking) required
  • BA / BS degree (or higher) required
