Development of software function components for Cruising & Safety functions
Requirements engineering (L1-L3), incl. requirements alignments with customer.
Defines and tracks work packages for function related components (e.g. feature requests, change requests).
Interface between customer, SW core team and component development team.
Problem resolution of the function (e.g. problem reports).
Integration and improvement of existing modules for lateral (e.g LKA) and longitudinal (e.g. EBA, ACC) control functions
Support during integration into AUTOSAR / hardware
Algorithm development and software implementation
Programming in C, modeling in Matlab / Simulink
Development-accompanying tests (Python, Carmaker, MTS) Qualifications
University degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, computer or natural sciences or comparable qualiﬁcation
Professional experience in software development in the automotive sector
Very good skills in C / C++ programming
Very good skills in Python and Matlab / Simulink
Profound knowledge in control engineering
Experience in AUTOSAR software development and function development of driver
assistance systems and / or active safety systems (e.g. Emergency Brake Assist, ACC, ABS, ESC) preferable
Knowledge of environment sensor systems (e.g Radar, camera, Lidar), driving
dynamics and stability control systems beneﬁcial
Very good Japanese and English language skills (written and spoken)
