Reporting to the Senior Director of Regional Marketing APAC, this role spearheads the marketing activities in Gain Capital Japan to execute online and offline marketing initiatives to drive preference and brand awareness.
We are searching for a Marketing specialist with a strong appetite for a growth strategy to be the driving force of our marketing activities.
Your role will be to own the end to end responsibility from deployment of strategy, campaigns, and acquisition, in collaboration with the wider global marketing team in UK.

Integrate overall marketing strategic vision for the business to grow the base of our Clients. Deliver marketing spend ROI by focusing on key areas such as the number and cost of new / funded accounts, optimized performance against KPI’s, number of applications and cost per application.
Own the acquisition metrics and funnel optimization by managing the media spend, budget optimization, web analytics, onboarding optimization and site conversion.
Work and collaborate effectively with teams based locally and internationally. Stakeholder management and relationship building is essential in this role.
Work with the central marketing teams to develop optimized acquisition channels including SEO, paid search, display, social media, offline media and email marketing.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of all aspects affecting the customer experience and deliver the appropriate customer experience that assists in improving acquisition rates and retention metrics.
Develop and manage PR, event organization, Affiliates partnerships, content campaigns, creative assets and promotional activities that increase acquisition through multiple channels.
Collaborate with the insights team to develop a tracking and measurement framework focusing.
Contribute to team campaigns and objectives by communicating effectively, championing innovation and meeting set objectives.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience Required
Ecommerce related customer acquisition management experience at a similar level within digitally led marketing organizations.
Preferably in the financial, FX or trading related sectors.
Must have the ability to write accurate and engaging campaign briefs and summarize data into high level reports.
Needs to speak both Japanese and business level English
Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and illustrator skills is an advantage
Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively is a must
Marketing degree preferable but not essential
