As a Palo Alto Networks Data Center and Virtualization Consulting Engineer you will be responsible for demonstrating and designing Palo Alto Networks solutions in the Japan Theater with an emphasis on Software Defined Networks (SDN) and virtualization technologies and their integration with Palo Alto Networks solutions.
If you have prior experience selling virtualization solutions and integrating them with network infrastructure based security appliances including but not limited to : Firewalls, SSL / IPSec VPNs, Security Proxies and Caches.
If you also have practical experience working with routing and switching products that will be installed adjacent to the Palo Alto Networks appliances as well as High Availability architectures.
Knowledge of VMware, NSX, SDN, VXLAN / EVPN, ACI and OpenStack, Container and automation or orchestration tools. We want you to speak with you!
Extensive travel within the Japan Theater is a requirement
based systems (prior Active Directory / LDAP experience desirable)
