The role will take ownership for Campaign Marketing’ for Cisco Webex in Japan which encompasses everything from Brand to Demand’ campaigns and offer development.

What you’ll do :

  • Build, manage and measure; brand to demand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and funnel for the Webex Japan business.
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated campaigns co-ordinating a wide range of diverse stakeholder groups to achieve a common objective.
  • Partner with brand, demand, product and field marketing to define campaign objectives, personas, and key messages for the Japan Market.
  • Develop high-quality content to support campaigns, including gated and ungated assets, ads and drive-to banners, email nurtures, blogs, and more.
  • Write / review copy for content assets and / or manage agencies for content development.
  • Build and manage digital resources to support campaign execution
  • Develop and execute events (offline and online) that support campaign effectives and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media platforms and community engagement.
  • Track and report on campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.

    Who you are :

    You will have a strong record of campaign management within a recognised technology brand within Japan. You will have worked closely with diverse global teams to apply global strategies and build bespoke program for Japan.

    Strong English language skills are critical and the ability to work with virtual teams a must.

    You will be passionate about your solutions, your customers, your team and understanding the market dynamics in which you operate.

    Requirements for this role.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a Business Discipline
  • 6+ years of experience in the Japan with a regionally or globally recognised technology business.
  • Experience in working closely with regional and global teams to deliver on aligned KPI’s.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS and applications market.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to execute marketing programs from planning, conceptualization, execution and measurement.
  • Experience managing agency rosters to support on delivery of the brand and communications plan.
  • Experience in managing and measuring the impact of brand and communications.
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Eloqua, Salesforce will be favourable
