Job Purpose / Overview

Commit Royal Canin SPT-R pillar strategies and plans to deliver business result with effective sales deployment model for field sales reps and Pillar customers.

Lead and proactively act with growth mind-set to build an effective team. Develop and deepen the relationship with wholesalers and pet shops in the district.

Enhance the skill-set for field sales reps to drive the business as an organization. Be responsible for annual pillar commercial objective at the district.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strengthen the brand proposition and behave as a leader of RCJ
  • Lead own district team as a team by engaging them
  • Lead and cultivate the high performing and collaborative team Consistently deliver exceptional sales results for responsible district sales target
  • Responsible to drive annual business plan for the district based on Pillar commercial objective
  • Manage and develop direct reports not only for their current role but also for their future career
  • Deeply understand the district business through OJT, 1 on 1 meetings, and monthly district meeting
  • Drive the business by leveraging the selective distribution model
  • Understand sales reps call plans and provide advice to enhance efficiency of the business
  • Continuously make sure the appropriate solutions for the business by participating in meetings facilitated by Trade Planning and Marketing
  • Identify business opportunities and risk at the district
  • Be responsible for addressing business risk and emergency matters in the district
  • Carefully listen to customers’ feedback to reflect it for the next action plans
  • Strengthen relationship with wholesalers to accelerate the business
  • Educate pet shops and wholesalers with health nutrition knowledge
  • Review the store classification annually with direct reports
  • Proactively collaborate with each internal stakeholder such as Marketing and Trade Planning to enhance the brand value
  • Context and Scope

    This positon is a manager of sales team as well as a people manager. The priority role of this position is to deliver sales growth along with the company / Pillar strategies and to develop direct reports for future leaders in the company.

    Therefore, highly expected on being capable of building effective and collaborative team through coaching and daily communication with a team or individuals.

    He or she also needs to be capable of understanding the feature of district business quickly in terms of channels and customers such as e-

    commerce, pet shops, and wholesalers.

    Job Specifications / Qualifications

    1. Education & Professional Qualification

    Bachelor or Master degree

    Preferably English skill (TOEIC 650+)

    2. Knowledge / Experience

    More than 2 years people management experience

    More than 5 years field sales experience (Preferably in FMCG)

    Understanding retail sales

    Intermediate or advanced IT skill

    3. Physical / Mental Requirements

    Healthy in mental and physical
