Job Purpose / Overview
Commit Royal Canin SPT-R pillar strategies and plans to deliver business result with effective sales deployment model for field sales reps and Pillar customers.
Lead and proactively act with growth mind-set to build an effective team. Develop and deepen the relationship with wholesalers and pet shops in the district.
Enhance the skill-set for field sales reps to drive the business as an organization. Be responsible for annual pillar commercial objective at the district.
Context and Scope
This positon is a manager of sales team as well as a people manager. The priority role of this position is to deliver sales growth along with the company / Pillar strategies and to develop direct reports for future leaders in the company.
Therefore, highly expected on being capable of building effective and collaborative team through coaching and daily communication with a team or individuals.
He or she also needs to be capable of understanding the feature of district business quickly in terms of channels and customers such as e-
commerce, pet shops, and wholesalers.
Job Specifications / Qualifications
1. Education & Professional Qualification
Bachelor or Master degree
Preferably English skill (TOEIC 650+)
2. Knowledge / Experience
More than 2 years people management experience
More than 5 years field sales experience (Preferably in FMCG)
Understanding retail sales
Intermediate or advanced IT skill
3. Physical / Mental Requirements
Healthy in mental and physical
