As a Technical Specialist, you'll support clients using our Google Ads products, including mobile media. Your projects will include business presentations, product implementation and upgrades, and devising custom solutions.

Customers will look to your expertise on product configuration and business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert in relation to Google’s advertiser products, working with clients and internal stakeholders to realize business goals in the market.
  • Work with Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop them.
  • Understand requirements, provide technical information and solutions around applying ad products and technologies and share guidance / best practices.
  • Identify and solve Google's clients problems proactively and creatively through project management and consultation on technical setup.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
  • 2 years of work experience of development experience with object-oriented programming languages, databases, and front-end technologies
  • 2 years of experience working with customers or internal stakeholders
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Master's degree
  • 1 year of experience in digital ad operations or experience in the online advertising industry. Familiarity and experience with the ad serving industry and Internet technologies
  • Experience working with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud products
  • Effective communication with creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical and executive audiences effectively
  • Ability to work independently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
