The Guest Experience Manager directs and controls the activities of the Front Office to create a special welcoming and memorable experience for our guests.
Their primary responsibilities are to assist our guests with restaurant reservations, any inquiries prior to arrival, assist check in and check out, handling any guest complaint, etc.
They oversee a team of Guest Experience Ambassador, ensuring accurate communication and follow-up on any problems, guest requests, and special requirements.
