Manage and lead Opcom / 3DS Sales team ( Account Managers and FAEs) in Tokyo Office to meet sales objectives. Also act as Account Executives for assigned Accounts to growth the business to hit the target.
Carry an individual quota as well as a roll-up quota for the group managed. -Meet and or exceed annual design win / design in objectives.
Define and align account strategy, develop account plan, communicate explicitly the account strategy and plan within Lumentum organizations including upper management and all related functional groups, and execute the plan.
Build a deep business relationship with customer’s operational layer to High level layer including Bod. -Effectively work with multiple levels within Lumentum and the account to drive all aspects of business activities to meet / exceed customer satisfaction.
Manage all account activities including but not limited to specification reviews, quotation reviews, monitoring delivery and quality performance, design win / design in efforts, effective translation between customer and internal team with solution / result oriented and time manner.
Identify and drive new product / revenue opportunities within the Account; communicate Account product support requirements to Lumentum Senior Management and appropriate Business Units personnel to develop new revenue opportunities as well as support current business and products.
Drive closure on agreements on pricing and non-standard terms.-Drive account and Lumentum technology / product roadmap alignment efforts.
Escalate appropriately and facilitate escalations within the customer organization and within Lumentum red to support the Account and Lumentum business.
Timely and accurate reporting of sales information including but not limited to account update, market trend, and competitor movement.
Monthly forecasting and GAP analysis reporting.-In time and on time update forecasting and align with the account, Lumentum management, PLM, and Ops for capacity and delivery planning.
Update quarterly account / business plan.-Establish periodical / regular call between customer and internal team, Pre meeting set up between Sales and Internal team for any customer involved meeting and / or internal alignment-Report to Sales Senior Director
