Rakuten Mobile" is mobile phone communication service and we are to start another new mobile network service in Japan in October 2019.

We are responsible for nationwide shop deployment and management for both services to improve customer satisfaction by providing customers with unprecedented customer experiences at stores.

Responsibilities :

  • Planning and progress management of projects
  • Required Qualifications

  • Experience of team member management or project management
  • Experience planning and launching new business or service
  • Suggestions and execution experience based on analysis
  • Practical and administrative ability to turn PDCA with sense of speed and action
  • Communication skills to involve internal and external stakeholders
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Planning and start-up experience of education or training system
  • Experience engaged in mobile phone operators and their dealers
  • Marketing work experience
  • Data analysis and KPI management experience
  • Ability to imagine flexibly regardless of your responsibility, fixed framework, restricted authority
  • Experience in the industry is not mandatory.
