What you will do :

As acontracted business development consultant in Japan, you’ll use your businessexpertise and your passionate belief in Gallup’s mission to further our marketgrowth and sales of our human capital consulting, learning services andlarge-scale workplace consulting solutions.

You will be responsible for findingnew prospects, creating sales opportunities, growing current businessrelationships, and engaging and consulting with top-level executives of thelargest Japanese and global companies.

What you need :

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree a plus; HR degree an asset

A minimum of 5 years of business-to-business sales experience in workplace consulting, Education or similar industry

A proven record of successful business development, from lead generation to close

Fluency in spoken, written and reading in both Japanese and English is required

Japanese citizenship or permanent residency is required
