Oracle Communications CGBU - Senior Sales Consultant
This Sales Consultant will handle the technical presales responsibilities for Oracle Monetization Cloud (Billing / Order-to- Cash, SaaS) to all customers in Japan.
As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring high customer satisfaction. You are expected to deliver high quality presentations and demonstrations of Oracle Communications solutions in a compelling manner. Sales acumen and technical knowledge are essential qualities for this position.
You will be required to respond to technical and functional RFIs/RFPs, perform technical discovery and assessment on leads with sales account managers to help qualify opportunities and drive sales pipeline. Once opportunities are qualified, you will be engaged on the opportunity performing tasks such as presenting Oracle Communications solutions and capabilities in a compelling manner, building and/or delivering customized demonstrations and proofs of concept (POC) to meet customer requirements. You will be responsible for pre-sales activities through often complex sales cycles working with C level, Directors, Managers and technical leads at the customer and with the extended Oracle sales team.
Skills required are non-routine and complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in areas of specialization. Ability to understand technical requirements/problems, turn these into a sales opportunities, and develop them into successful engagements is essential. You must be an individual contributor and act as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
