Primary responsibilities include :
Handling all customer servicing needs and support
Help manage the order fulfillment process
Listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Record details of customer conversations and actions are taken
Research answers or solutions as needed
Work to improve customer service by monitoring inbound and resolved support communications
Basic Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of Customer Service experience
Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial work environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident in making independent decisions and owning the outcomes
