Position Summary

We want an Account Executive to be based in Tokyowhere He / She needs to expand business development opportunities byidentifying customer needs, developing solutions for customers, obtainingcustomer commitment, and successfully implementing UPS solutions.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible to achieve sales target and increase market share
  • Actively prospect sales leads and secure potential new clients
  • Develop and nurture strong client contacts and positive relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure successful sales retention by proactively forging strong relationships with clients
  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve success and retain existing customer
  • Develop a strategic approach to provide solutions which includes automation to customers
  • Other Job requirements

  • Independent, self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Aspiring to be a great sales manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to liaise with internal stakeholders professionally
  • Intermediate computer literacy (e.g. Microsoft Office)
  • Good command of both spoken and written English
  • Education and Work Experience

  • Degree holder in logistics, sales and marketing or equivalent is a plus
  • Min 3-5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or any equivalent industry
