Job Description

Occupational physician services stipulated in Article 14, Paragraph 1 and Article 15, Paragraph 1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Regulations :

  • Implementation of health examination and measures based on the result
  • Interview guidance for long-time workers and measures based on the results
  • Stress check and interview guidance for highly stressed people in stress check Measures based on the results
  • Maintenance of work environment
  • Work management
  • Health management of workers other than the above
  • Health education, health consultation, measures to maintain and improve the health of workers
  • Hygiene education
  • Investigation of the cause of worker health problems and measures to prevent recurrence
  • Implementation of workplace patrol
  • Participation in the Health and Safety Committee and expressing opinions as a member
  • Building a company-wide hygiene management system that spans the head office department and regional sales department
  • Planning / proposal / execution for company-wide promotion of safety and health activities across the head office department and regional sales department
  • Qualifications

    A person who is always passionate and able to proceed forward under ambiguous situation.

  • Keep good relationship with business partners even if under critical conflict
  • Self-driven and go over complex problems, and challenges under ambiguous situation
  • Able to convince stakeholders by using analysis / expertise skill
  • Qualification requirements as an industrial physician set by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
  • Job Experience

  • Industrial physician work experience at a general company
  • Language

  • English : Fluent
  • Japanese : Native
  • Microsoft Office
