Your mission will be to design the Customer Service and build operations at site.
As a section chief you need work as a staff member to understand duties and operations)
Customer Service’s duties are catching the information that flows about the theme related to the area of responsibility, checking and organizing the shortage, document it, and dropping it on the site in a timely and correctly.
You will be doing operation that turns PDCA cycle for unclear points, escalations, and troubles to operate with low risk and high efficiency.
Experience in managing operations by incorporating operation design into PowerPoint materials
Experience in following, training, and managing business of subordinate members in the field of operation design
Experience of hold up with high motivation and effort in difficult situations
Experience of voluntarily carrying out work beyond the scope of duty for the whole organization
Understand TPO and can communicate compactly
BPO management experience
Experience in mobile carrier service related job
Experience in organizing requirements for system construction
Reading and writing skills in English
English (Overall - 1 - Beginner), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
