As the APAC Panametrics Service Leader, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions, producing, assembling and delivering replacement / repair parts and equipment as part of a Services agreement or order.

Includes activities such as processing transactions, managing processes, material management, site operations, or warehouse logistics & shipping, sometimes in a shop structure.

Includes craft & non craft labour as well as manager roles responsible solely for these activities. Participates in discussions about the future of the business requiring frequent and thorough interaction with other functions.

Develops the year plan for the own function on the basis of the framework of the strategic plan for the whole unit.

As the APAC Panametrics Service Leader, you will be responsible for :

  • Facilitating order management - process order intake, input into internal systems. Connect to customer portals and systems.
  • May support forecasting, billing and collection activities.

  • Being key contact for customer inquiries, customer complaint (issue) resolution process. Work with operations to understand and communicate commits and status to customers.
  • Taking accountability on achievement of Regions Panametrics Services operating plan.
  • Designing and Implementing of Panametrics Regional Service Strategy in collaboration with Global Panametrics Services, APAC Sales Leadership, Panametrics Product Leaders.
  • Defining and executing regional service offerings with region cross functional Panametrics team to grow services.
  • Working cross functionally with supply chain, engineering, sales, and services to ensure wing to wing customer service satisfaction
  • Collaborating with global services leaders to share and leverage best practices in region.
  • Driving operational excellence in the region to ensure fully utilizing team and resource for on time delivery and deployment of our teams.
  • Empowering team to raise safety concerns and ensures HSE, quality, and compliance reporting.
  • Getting together with regional sales, services and product leadership establish plans and actions to drive service sales and initiatives to penetrate our regional key accounts.
  • Supporting and implementing New Service Introduction (NSI) for customer satisfaction and execution of services in the region.
  • Ensuring delivery of best-in-class service quality and productivity standards in the region
  • Building the Panametrics Service brand based on flawless execution and customer recognition of perceived quality in region
  • Maximizing outcomes from the Installed Base, in terms of customer satisfaction and business opportunity in region
  • Demonstrating leadership, with a focus on change acceleration and process improvement
  • Experiencing in manage effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    To be successful in this role you will :

  • Having Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Customer Order and Fulfillment.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.

  • Have proven mentoring & coaching abilities, demonstrated ability to motivate & inspire
  • Have show a high level of industry specific domain expertise and relates macro trends with service initiatives and challenges
  • Be focus on driving customer outcomes to determine success through direct customer interaction and organizing the team for customer impact
  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills- ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages for peers, customers and national employee teams
  • Have proven ability to influence, energize, develop and drive change through exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Have experience leading a P&L with financial responsibilities and providing leadership for all functional services areas including experience handling customer escalations
  • Have strong track record of building a high-performance team; attracting, developing and retaining talent
  • Have demonstrated success in working with customers to resolve complex issues and develop solid business relationships
