What you’ll doEssential ResponsibilitiesA strategic leadership role for developing and driving process excellence, the adoption of commercial tools, segment specific initiatives and programs that increase sales productivity, growth, and attainment of quarterly and annual goals while ensuring high level of customer experience.
Hand on experience for SFDC, CPQ and other business tool is extremely critical. Apply LEAN methodology. Ensure high level of data accuracy and adoption of SFDC in region.
Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) Implement standardized SFE systems, tools, analytics, performance dashboards and quantitative and qualitative KPIs to facilitate all channels (direct, dealer, digital) both from reach and penetration aspect also ensuring ROI.
Define, deploy, sustain a global commercial intensity dashboard, implement regional / global KPIs and lead respective operating mechanisms with key stakeholders
Collaborate and align with the region L&D leader to perform a commercial organizational capability SWOT analysis, create and execute development plans effectively.
Create the concept how to develop the field force skills to be able to comply with future requirements of the market on ongoing basis.
Partner with the digital enablement project leaders and commercial excellence leaders to understand how system improvements could accelerate commercial effectiveness.
Drive a culture of horizontal and cross-cultural collaboration. To take initiatives to enhance customer experience.
Design and deliver the variable compensation plan(VCP) consistently across Asia Pacific region in consultation with leadership ensuring objectivity, fairness, linkage to business outcome and simplicity in execution.

Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in written and spoken English. Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
Ability to lead through influence and ensure closure of business operational matrix in region.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and organizational gaps & opportunities and translate them into application and operational requirements.
Strong business acumen and knowledge of commercial processes, market landscape and customer segments
Significant CRM specific experience with an emphasis on sales enablement for a large, multi-location sales force, business project management within large, corporate environment.
Managing and prioritizing multiple projects, often through ambiguity
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix & teamworking skills
Continuous innovation, process improvement, and adaptability skills.
Proven change management skills
Proficient in Excel, MS Access, Oracle, SFDC and business intelligence (BI) applications. Desired Characteristics
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in commercial roles, commercial excellence / sales excellence roles in the Life Sciences, medical devices or biopharmaceuticals industry.
Direct sales experience a pre-requisite.
Post graduation in Science / Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Business Admin or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional project teams and an ability to drive project design plans to completion
Solid hands on experience regarding CRM tools preferably SFDC, BI tools e.g. Qlik
