Your Roles and Responsibilities :

As a market leader in the trucks and buses industry, we are not only pushing the limits of technology further, but also establishing standards in safety.

To enhance our team we search for a HV Safety engineer who is willing to take responsibility to design HV safety requirements for our electric trucks and buses in Asia.

Your tasks would be the following :

Take responsibility for HV work safety organization with process establishment, rule definition and rule enforcement

Perform regular trainings regarding HV safety awareness for staff and management in RD

Align HV Working Safety experience within the global RD network to assure the same high safety standard in all Daimler location worldwide.

Participate and represent Fuso in external Standardization alignment meetings regarding HV Safety in Japan

Review test results of component responsible person

Perform HV System and Vehicle HV Safety Test

Release prototype vehicles after built up for testing based on Vehicle and HV System Tests

Support project specific HV safety requirements for HV components.

Support with global alignment of Fuso specific needs within HV Safety engineering group

Support with alignment of HV Safety requirements with component responsible teams within Fuso

Support with creation of Hazard Risk Analysis, Failure Tree Analysis and FMEAs regarding the hazard of electric shock and fire due to electric failures in the HV System

職務内容

トラックおよびバス業界の市場リーダーとして私たちは技術の限界をさらに押し上げるだけでなく安全性の基準も確立しています私たちのチームを強化するためにアジアの電気トラックとバスのHV安全要件を設計する責任を負うことをいとわないHV安全エンジニアを探しています

主要業務は下記の通りです

プロセスの確立ルールの定義およびルールの実施により HV作業安全組織の責任

RDのスタッフと管理者向けのHV安全意識に関する定期的なトレーニングを実施

グローバルRDネットワーク内でHV作業安全の経験を調整し世界中のダイムラー内での均一の高い安全基準の保証

日本でのHV安全性に関する外部の標準化調整会議にFusoの代表として参加

コンポーネント責任者のテスト結果を確認

HVシステムおよび車両のHV安全性テストを実行

HVシステムテストに基づき組み立てられたプロトタイプ車両のリリース

HVコンポーネントのプロジェクト固有のHV安全要件をサポート

HV Safetyエンジニアリンググループ内のFuso固有のニーズのグローバルな調整

HV安全要件とFuso内のコンポーネント責任チームとの調整

HVシステムの電気的故障による感電と火災の危険性に関するハザードリスク分析故障ツリー分析 FMEAの作成

Qualifications

Practical knowledge and experiences

Electric engineer or Mechatronic engineer (mandatory)

Ideally several years working experience with electric vehicles or electric vehicle components

Ideally experience in the field of HV Safety design and / or HV Working Safety

Ideally experience in working with Japanese standardization authorities

Personal skill requirement

High sense of responsibility for Safety Design and Processes

Passion for eMobility

Language skills

Japanese Japanese Native Speaker

or N1 : The ability to understand Japanese used in a variety of circumstances

English advanced level

German optional
