Are you interested in defining the future operating model for Amazon’s global delivery operations and creating a world class experience for our customers, associates, and driver partners?
AMZL delivery operations are on pace to become one of the largest parcel carriers in the world. Robust process that fully leverages delivery station and driver capacities are critical to accomplishing that scale while delivering a world-class customer experience.
The AMZL WW ACES JP team leads defining, implementing, measuring and improving standard work processes that will drive customer experience and performance improvement within our Japan delivery station network.
We are accountable for influencing business-critical decisions that enable scale and deliver consistent, industry-leading performance within our AMZL Operations.
We will raise the bar on customer experience while lowering costs and supporting our rapid growth.
As a member of the audit team within WW ACES, you will visit stations across Japan, evaluating standard work adoption and ensuring that they are following WW best practices for safety, quality, associate engagement and productivity.
In addition to the measurement of performance, you will work with the station leadership to identify opportunities to drive standard work adoption and help unblock issues that the station may be facing with their adoption of best practice.
Calibration auditors also play an essential role in identifying issues with Standard Work in the field and feeding these observations back to colleagues within WW ACES for rollout across the network.
Our audit capability is a critical enabler for the whole team, giving us insights at the station level into deviation from global best practice and allowing us to continuously raise the bar.
