クライアントサイトのBPOサービスのApplication Team Memberとして庶務事務システムの保守 運用を推進する 改修 / 設計 / 開発 テスト の実行及び管理とそれに伴うクライアント調整等 作業依頼対応 / データ抽出 / データメンテナンス / 障害対応 / 仕様変更対応に係る各種保守作業 障害や作業依頼の対応について 対顧客調整及び報告を実施 システムの操作方法や仕様について エンドユーザーからの問合せ対応 庶務事務システムからの申請認定補助業務の実施 募集要項を詳しく見る
必須経験
オブジェクト指向言語での開発に慣れていること Webシステム開発
ASP.net / Java / SQLServerを使用した開発経験があると尚良い
Web系システムの開発運用経験が1年以上あること
Webシステムの要件定義 / 基本設計 / 画面設計 / ＤＢ設計 の経験があること
SQLを使用したデータ抽出 更新等のシステム運用作業経験があること
歓迎経験
HiRDBの使用経験があること
Windows Server,JP1を使用した運用経験があること
開発プロジェクトのプロジェクト管理経験
クライアント調整 社内リソース管理 課題 リスク管理 見積り 等
ネットワーク クラウド分野において 設計 構築 運用実務経験があること
Linuxでの設計 構築 運用実務経験があること
