ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager, Wealth & Trading to sit within our team at our Tokyo office.

The vision is to offer commission-free stock trading in each of the new markets in which Revolut is launching. You’ll work with Head of Japan Wealth & Trading to establish the brokerage operation model with focus on license acquisition, onboarding, transaction management and vendor management.

You will be working with global product teams and growth teams to expand our Wealth & Trading partnership and client footprint in Japan WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Day-to-day business operations, from regulatory reporting to settlement coordination, for Japanese and foreign equity business

Coming up with a clear Security operation roadmap for Japan and justifying it with data from your market

Identifying any additional partners you will need for your market, then negotiating and securing contracts with them

Working closely with your colleagues from Product team and Growth team to create and launch wealth and trading product campaign in your market WHAT SKILLS YOU’LL NEED

You have held a JSDA I, II and Internal Admin license

You have 3+ years equity settlement operations experience

You enjoy solving problems and building business from scratch

You are fluent in both English and Japanese

Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills

Excellent people and relationship building skills, across all seniority levels

Excellent logic in prioritising projects and selecting appropriate partners

Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer
