  • 什器 設備等の故障時対応と業者の手配
  • 設備の定期メンテナンスの日程調整
  • 各種業者への評価および価格交渉
  • 各種担当業者の管理 予算策定 業務調整 状況報告
  • ビル関連イベント 避難訓練 消防設備点検等 に関する社内調整 サポートならびに参加
  • Facilitiesイベントへの企画運営 サポート 参加
  • 各種データ入力
  • Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk operation by using ticket system
  • Respond to requests from employees
  • Implementation of inspection and troubleshooting
  • Respond furniture / equipment failures
  • Adjust schedule for M&E related maintenance
  • Evaluation and cost negotiation to vendor
  • Manage M&E related vendor (budget planning, vendor coordination, reporting)
  • Coordinate, support and participate in building related events (Fire drills, fire disaster prevention equipment inspections, etc...)
  • Plan, support and participate to Facilities organized events
  • Input several data
  • Knowledge And Skills Required

  • Excel, Word, Power Point経験必須
  • G Suite(Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slide等)利用経験あれば望ましい

  • ビジネスレベルの英語 / 日本語必須
  • 目安としてTOEIC650点以上
