Client Service Manager, Mark Monitor Job Description

Role Summary

This account and project management role focuses on the delivery of operational success and client satisfaction for MarkMonitor’s Brand Protection solutions.

The Brand Client Service Manager (CSM) will manage a portfolio of client accounts by delivering on-going reports, consultation, and project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Day to day activities involve working jointly with internal MarkMonitor teams that identify and remediate online brand infringements.

Consultation will rely heavily on the general knowledge of both a hybrid of basic trademark / copyright laws and policies, and Internet technology from domains, shopping sites, and social media trends.

Role Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage full life-cycle of service engagement, from project scheduling to execution and assessment
  • Understand client short-term and long term expectations and service requirements to build a successful program
  • Create on-going various client reports from status updates, performance, to special requests based on client requirements
  • Consult with clients about data which relates to usage of licenses and trademarks found on the Internet
  • Collaborate closely with both domestic sales team on client project planning as well as global analyst team on program operations and delivery
  • Generate data driven reports based on website trends, patterns, and site owner to prove success based on operation strategies of project goals
  • Travel will be required on a monthly or twice a month basis to visit face to face client accounts. Overseas travel may be required.
  • Communication with global teams may require attention outside normal working hours
