アカウントチーム セールス エンジニア パートナー コンサルタントとバーチャルチームを組み 部門間で連携しながら 技術的な観点で顧客を啓もうし マイクロソフトのソリューションの価値をを実証し (PoC など) 技術的な決断を顧客に仰ぎます

顧客組織の安全確保を支援することで 担当アカウントにおける四半期ごとの Microsoft Security の売上 / 利用目標を達成し 大きなインパクトを与えることを目的とします

このチームに所属することで マイクロソフトおよびマイクロソフト以外のクラウドベースのセキュリティソリューション アーキテクチャ プログラム テクノロジーに関する深い技術的専門知識を強化することができます さらに コンサルティングセールスのスキルも強化することができます

As a Security Technical Specialist, your primary goal is to win the technical decision of customers to purchase and use our range of security-focused solutions including extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust and cloud security solutions.

You will work within a virtual team of technical, partner and consulting resources to educate your customers at a technical level, demonstrate and prove our solutions, and win the technical decision, allowing the team to achieve / exceed quarterly Microsoft Security sales / usage targets in your accounts.

You will make impact by helping clients secure their organizations.

Being part of this team will will allow you to strengthen both your consultative selling skills as well as your deep technical expertise across Microsoft and non-Microsoft cloud-based security solutions, architectures, programs, and technologies.


  • Scale Customer Engagements : Remediates blockers; leads and ensures technical wins for Microsoft Security and adjacent technologies.
  • Engages with and reaches out to customers proactively and independently; builds credibility with customers as a trusted advisor for Microsoft Security;
  • and searches for and uses Microsoft Security customer references.

  • Scale Through Partners : Engages in partner sell-with scenarios and supports partner technical capacity.
  • Build Strategy : Contributes to Microsoft Security strategy development, shapes strategic win plan and tailors Microsoft messaging to audience for security opportunities.
  • Enhances team capabilities for extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust and cloud security and develops compete strategies for Microsoft Security for assigned customers.

  • Solution Design & Proof : Demonstrates and oversees demonstrations, presents and applies architecture patterns, proves capabilities and integration into customer environment, and drives cross-workload support for Microsoft solutions for security.
  • Coaches team in addressing customer digital transformation and leveraging insights to align new or changing technology to customer security needs.

  • Education : Builds their own readiness plan and grows extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust and cloud security space domain knowledge and practices expertise.
  • Acts as a mentor for Microsoft Security, its integration with other Microsoft products & services, and Microsoft Security solutions generally;
  • and increases internal virtual teams' understanding of extended detection and response (XDR), zero trust and cloud security space solutions and new opportunities.


  • Native level proficiency in Japanese (required)
  • Performer. Highly driven person who consistently exceeds goals and expectations (required)
  • Exceptional problem-solving mentality leveraging internal and external resources when needed (required)
  • Collaborative Creativity. Able to work cohesively with members of the sales & services field, partners, and corporate sales, engineering, and marketing (required)
  • Excellent Communicator. Strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, product demo, written, and verbal communication skills with success in managing complex selling processes and managing various customers’ stakeholder relationships (primary : TDM, secondary : BDM) to get consensus on solutions and projects (required)
  • Travel required : up to 25%
  • Technical Depth. 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience (required)
  • Business level proficiency in English (preferred)
  • Industry Experience. 7+ years’ experience enterprise technology sales with a focus on security in enterprise scenarios (preferred)
  • Executive Presence. Proven experience engaging with C- level executives with ability to articulate and demonstrate security solutions to senior business, technical decision makers, and front-line technologists (preferred)
  • Technical

  • 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and / or technology management Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Sentinel / Log Analytics, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint,Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365 etc. (required)
  • Deep technical experience like leading PoC, technical evaluation or practical design in one or more of the following areas : (required)ADFS migration to Azure AD or Implementing Azure AD conditional accessDisrupting The Cyber Kill Chain with Microsoft 365 security solutionsBuilding SOC operation with SEIM / SOAR solutionComparison with Okta or Cloudstrike or Splunk or PrismaCloud or equivalent 3rd party security solutionImplementing Cloud security posture management(CSPM) / Cloud Workload Protection platform(CWPP)
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (required)
