As a Service Team Leader, you will be part of the Electrification Business and Industrial Solutions Business Line (BL) based in Tokyo.

You will supervise a team of Service Engineers and Service Technicians working in Industrial Solutions Business Line (BL) / Electrification Business in Tokyo / Japan country / NAS region.
Your primary goal is to perform Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) startup, commissioning and troubleshooting activities for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The main task will require coordinating service engineers work to accomplish the same goal.
Perform UPS Systems startup and commissioning.
Analyze systems issues and troubleshooting.
Interact with international second level support for issues resolutions (Global HQ).
Support field service engineers to resolve technical issues (onsite / remotely).
Define field services tasks and manage planning.
Assist Project Team on technical discussions with customers
Lead a group of field service engineers to perform UPS work.
Interface with Tokyo 2020 on UPS installation scheduling and plan startup & commissioning calendar.
Provide first level support on single and three phase UPS, transformers, panels.
Manage local spare parts stock to ensure timely materials availability.
Act as primary point of contact between customer and service organization.
Ensure field staff accreditation passes and required documents availability for service work.
Prepare and collect service reports after service jobs are completed.

Bachelor’s Degree, major in Electric / Electronic Engineering field.
5+ years of experience in Service Support environment, ideally in a multicultural international enterprise.
Knowledge of UPS products and technology.
Great problem solving and high level of creativity / resourcefulness.
Customer focused & strong interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated and great effective time management .
Ability to motivate and lead people.
Excellent communication skills.
Willing to travel and customer-oriented mind.
Fluent in oral and written English and Japanese.
